• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email;
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing;

Requirements:

• Preferable domicile in Bali and willing to work in Nusa Dua area;
• A minimum of 1 (one) year experience in a related position;
• Energetic, friendly, confident and multitasking;
• Proactive, honest, service oriented with good communication skills;
• Able to work hard in high pressure environment and flexible with working hours;
